Our story starts in the early 2000s with four friends on the East Coast.

 

Among all the memories we had growing up together, the favorite parts of our childhood were when we sat around the dinner table and devoured our moms’ Andhra food. As we ventured out into the real world, it became very quickly clear that there was nothing that compared to home-cooked meals that our moms would make us.

 
 
 

Our business was born out of a passion to shine a light on the long-ignored vibrant flavors of our region. Here at Pindi, we aim to make authentic South-Indian cuisine accessible to everyone. Our fresh-ingredient packed meal starter kits, with easy to follow directions, will bring the delectable dishes from our home state of Andhra Pradesh to the forefront of your kitchen.
