Masala Salmon Recipe

Chicken Masala
Karam (chili powder)
2 tsp for spicy, 1 tsp for medium, 1/2 tsp for mild
Additional Ingredients to Purchase
2 salmon filets
1/2 lemon
1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil (or your favorite)
1 tsp salt
Instructions
In a bowl, mix 1 packet of Chicken Kura Masala, Karam, lemon juice, olive oil and salt together to make marinade paste. Use water to thin out paste if needed.
Cut 1/4 inch slits throughout the Salmon filets.
Spread paste on both sides of the filet and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Spray pan with oil and set to medium-heat.
Sear filet for 5 minutes on each side.
Serve with your favorite side of veggies, or our Pulao!!
