Masala Salmon Recipe

Grab from our Chicken Kura Kit

  • Chicken Masala

  • Karam (chili powder)

    • 2 tsp for spicy, 1 tsp for medium, 1/2 tsp for mild

Additional Ingredients to Purchase 

  • 2 salmon filets

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil (or your favorite)

  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix 1 packet of Chicken Kura Masala, Karam, lemon juice, olive oil and salt together to make marinade paste. Use water to thin out paste if needed.

  2. Cut 1/4 inch slits throughout the Salmon filets.

  3. Spread paste on both sides of the filet and let it sit for 5 minutes.

  4. Spray pan with oil and set to medium-heat.

  5. Sear filet for 5 minutes on each side.

  6. Serve with your favorite side of veggies, or our Pulao!!
